Pretty?ugly? short?tall?thin?fat?

Am i Fancy n dreaming now?
Why don't we perfect at all?
Why don't we pretty everyday?
Why don't we have a skinny n slim body?
Why sum thg human must suffer like tis?
I so confuse right now =/
